You all remember my favorite 22yo JuCo I told Yall about whom I never fucked, but comes through from time to time to stock up my fridge, use my internet, and occasionally cook for me? The one I met who didn’t have a dime to her name and border line homeless? Today she surprised me with a big pot of chilli to get through this cold weather. Cleaned kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. As I’m walking in, she is taking out garbage. Sometimes you gotta just let things be. I have no complaints with this lil lady.
Women and especially black women see me as broke Because I don’t have a car that’s 2020 or newer. I have a 1947, 1976, 1986, and 2016. So thank the Lord I am under their radar😁
The annual fee for Amex premium cards is going up.
So what.
Let me say it like this. The Amex Gold and or Platinum cards are the best cards you can have on your personal credit.
Why?
Because no matter what the balance is your score won’t be impacted. Just keep paying on time and you’re good.
Amex also has Pay Over Time—which is a revolving line that doesn’t report to the bureaus. AND if you max out the POT and pay on time they will increase the limit up to $100,000. Beautiful.
On a business Gold or Platinum you can add up to 99 cards. Exquisite.
Just don’t fuck it up. Don’t screw over Amex because they never forget like an elephant. If you do you will never ever get another card from them again.
So suck it up buttercup, pay the fee and enjoy one of the best tools on the planet for managing money and playing the credit game to win.
