New Rule: You can’t listen to CGA if you’re lifting heavy weights. I was catching up listening to yesterday’s stream and Coach brought up how women have the strength of an 11 year old boy. Its one of my favorite CGA sayings. I was working out doing exercises with the 75lb kettle bells but then I was cracking up too hard when he said that and it fucked up my set almost dropping the kettles. It was the fucking funniest thing ever. I was laughing so hard at the gym that people came up to ask me what was so funny.
