Those of you that exercise at home, I highly recommend getting a push-up board. If you don’t exercise, I highly recommend you making some changes. If you can barely do 10 push-ups for your whole workout, you’re in bad shape. You can find these on Amazon. I’m not gonna promote any particular brand, I’m only promoting action.
