I have to think that at some point in the future the price of oil is going to go so low that it will basically be free.
The price of natural gas is stupid cheap right now. Natural gas is $20/bbl oil equivalent. That’s cheaper than a bottle of water by volume. It takes almost zero effort to find new gas sources. It basically happens by accident.
But yet there are retards out there that want you to believe that petroleum and hydrocarbons are scarce—that they are going to run out at some point.
It’s nonsense. The only limit to the amount of the hydrocarbon supply is the technology humans have available to locate them.
The only reason oil is not $20/bbl right now is the the narratives are too persuasive otherwise.
And don’t get me started on “rare earths”. They are everywhere and the only limit to the supply is how much environmental impact can be accepted to refine them. And even that hurdle will be cleared with technology. In 3-5 years they will be giving them away.
Enough ranting.
Good luck
