Health awareness for your money day… I use Airrosti for my physical therapy. They not only fix your body, they show you how to maintain it. They also teach you about how your body works. My Airrosti treatments are $235 an appointment. My insurance is $130/month so they cover %70. When I was in California I paid $460/month. Top notch healthcare cost$. I’m unraveling over a decades worth of damage to my body from poor diet, surgeries and sports (particularly football). I eat mostly meat. Steak everyday, Little to no sugar, butter, little bit of vegetables and occasionally some fruit, almost no alcohol, no soda, and I stay away from processed foods. I stay away from people who are fat, lazy, depressed, complaining about their pain etc. Who you surround yourself with is who you’ll become, so that’s why you see lazy and fat people around each other etc.
You say, “that’s all too expensive”. Really? Your life/health is too expensive? If you don’t take care of yourself you won’t be able afford anything because you’ll be dead or useless (which is as good as dead). So miss me with, “it’s too expensive.” Eating cancer from fucking Burger King is expensive. So if you don’t want to listen, spend your 40s/50s+ draining your money to keep your worthless carcass alive. You need your body and mind to survive and thrive. Get it together. Excercise, eat well and stay busy. Stop sitting in front of the TV eating tater chips. Get the fuck up and get going.
