Shoutout to the Coach Gang!

I've been in Alaska for about a week now for some govt work with the Space Force, heading home tomorrow.

A few things

1. No niggies- I've seen minimal to zero amounts of black people here outside of the military bases. When I see them, I keep walking because I am not like them. I'm the sistah on that nag 🎠

2. Tons of homeless people in Anchorage and Fairbanks. I learned that native american tribes kick out whole families if one member misbehaves. I've seen homeless teenagers and kids here.

3. It's expensive here. My company spent on average $500 per hotel night, not high end hotels...basically Hyatt Place, Hampton Inn, Springhill Suites, DoubleTree level hotels for $500 a night. Anything below that is ghetto or a motel.

4. Alaska is beautiful in the summer, but not for solo travelers. I tried booking excursions to see the northern lights, go summer dog sledding and they have a minimum of 2 people.

5. Bugs everywhere. They will swarm you the moment you step outside.

6. For $700 you can ...
