Referring to the recent MM stream. My Dad just informed me that an old colleague of his that I knew passed away. Black man in his early 60's with cancer. Had not seen him in years but all the years I knew him he had a gut. Same with my Uncle last year. Died at 61 with cancer and had a gut. Let's remember not to ignore our health on this journey gang. This isn't a new years resolution but a long term lifestyle decision 💪🏾
