I met this young man in the grocery store. Said he’s willing to do some work because he is in a rough patch in life. I get it. I got him some food, exchanged contacts and wished him the best.
The VERY NEXT DAY, he’s begging for money. He has three sons, but can’t even get himself up. I offered to help him find a yob so he can get on his feet and haven’t heard from him since.
I don’t help people that aren’t willing to do the work. ESPECIALLY men. There is no excuse in 2025 for you not to be on the grind.

Picked up two signed comics by Matt Fraction today at a signing event in Maryland. The turnout was incredible—over 300 people attended. I arrived two hours before the store opened and still waited more additional two hours in line to meet him.
Always appreciate the opportunity to meet the creators behind the stories and add a few special pieces to the Batman collection.
