20 years ago, I bought my first home to live in. One of the biggest financial mistakes of my life. $100K removed from my asset column for the down payment and not working for me for 11 years because I wasn’t thinking with my net worth.
Now today I do own quite a bit of real estate, but I don’t own the place that I live in. Every door owned generates cash flow and sits in the asset column.

Last year around this time I was suffering ! 2024 I had the worst set back! I was driving uber Lyft full time renting a car for $1200 a month I was so fucked up financially! He said that for me to get my shit together I’m still in the same place all bills paid haven’t been late ever since ! Shit I was so fucked up !
