Unfortunately human beings are getting dumber with each generation. And the dumber they get the more likely they are to not be able to comprehend the achievements of the past.

In the ancient past people built giant stone megastructures all over the world.

Today nobody knows how they were built or how to build them. Nobody.

2,000 years ago the Romans built structures out of concrete including advanced water and sewer systems for cities.

After the Roman Empire collapsed there was no concrete made for over 1,000 years.

In 1962 a guy named Kelly Johnson and Lockheed built a jet that could fly more than 3X the speed of sound and couldn’t be shot down by missiles. The SR-71 flew for 32 years and is now a museum piece. It’s still the fastest manned aircraft to take off and land under its own power (that we know of).

In 1969 NASA and a consortium of aerospace companies, thousands of engineers, scientists and employees built an insanely complex space launch system to send the first humans to the moon and bring them back. There were 14 missions to the moon from 1969 to 1972.

After the Apollo program was over the know-how to build a manned spacecraft system that could reach the moon was lost. The technical information to build all of the Apollo hardware has been preserved, but the people who had the know-how to make it work are long dead, and in the 50 years since humans have not been beyond low Earth orbit.

In 1970 Concorde flew for the first time and regular people could routinely fly across the Atlantic at Mach 2. Concorde flew for 33 years and is now a museum piece. In that time and in the 21 years since its retirement, no aircraft has been able to carry passengers faster than the speed of sound. The designers and builders of Concorde are long gone and nobody has the capability to build an equivalent aircraft (although some scammers claim they do)

The cope for the dumbing down of humanity is to say things in the past were fake. That they didn’t happen, even though the hardware that did the things are still there. “We can’t do it now so how did they do it back then?”

People are fucking retarded now.

I think that fairly soon most people won’t be able to comprehend very basic things, like how a light bulb works or inflating a car tire. It seems logical at the rate we are going.

There will be a few, very few technically competent people that hold up the entire world. Everyone else will depend on them and probably be gaslighted into hating them. Because, well, people are stupid.
