Money loves speed
If you make $1 million in 40 years you are poor
If you make $1 million in 20 years you are still poor
If you make $1 million in 10 years, now you’re getting along
If you make $1 million in 5 years, you’re comfortable
If you make $1 million in a year, you’re getting rich
If you make $1 million a month, you’re rich
It’s all the same million and the determining factor between being rich and being poor is the time between you and the money.
Reduce the time between you and the money, make the same amount of money in shorter periods of time and getting rich is a certainty.
Good luck
The annual fee for Amex premium cards is going up.
So what.
Let me say it like this. The Amex Gold and or Platinum cards are the best cards you can have on your personal credit.
Why?
Because no matter what the balance is your score won’t be impacted. Just keep paying on time and you’re good.
Amex also has Pay Over Time—which a revolving line that doesn’t report to the bureaus. AND if you max out the POT and pay on time they will increase the limit up to $100,000. Beautiful.
On a business Gold or Platinum you can add up to 99 cards. Exquisite.
Just don’t fuck it up. Don’t screw over Amex because they never forget like an elephant. If you do you will never ever get another card from them again.
So suck it up buttercup, pay the fee and enjoy one of the best tools on the planet for managing money and playing the credit game to win.
Good luck
